Why this work exists
The call does not arrive in one neat language.
A caller may begin in Hindi, switch to English for a service name or appointment time, and return to Hindi for the follow-up. A useful reception flow has to keep the meaning of the full turn, not merely recognise isolated words.
The workflow starts there: map a bounded reception task, define what the system may ask, and make uncertainty visible before any response or handoff is approved.
- Input
- Everyday Hindi-English caller phrasing and the context around it.
- Decision
- A configured reception topic, next question, or review path.
- Handoff
- A person or approved system receives the information needed to continue.

Working principles
Operational clarity before automation.
These principles guide how call flows are evaluated, reviewed, and handed off to the operating team.
Conversation before command
Design around the caller’s full request, including language switches, corrections, and the context needed to interpret a proper noun.
Handoff is part of the product
A flow is incomplete until the next person or system can see what was understood, what remains uncertain, and what action is expected.
Boundaries sit beside capability
Low confidence, unsupported requests, sensitive information, and emergency language need visible routes out of automation.
Deployment begins with operations
Destinations, consent, access, retention, escalation, and ownership must be agreed for the actual service environment.
Meet the founder
Siddharth Indukumar Ghelani

Siddharth is shaping HelloHinglish around a practical idea: Hindi-English callers should be understood in context and handed off with clarity. His focus is a clear path from everyday speech to a reviewed front-desk handoff.
- Conversation context
- Clear handoffs
- Responsible rollout
